02Account Registration

To open an account with ck447, the following requirements must be met:

  • Ck447 may request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.

KYC Verification

Ck447 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Identity documents (NID/Passport) may be required before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Accounts created with false information or that fail KYC verification will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

04Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from ck447:

  • Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
  • The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳ 1,00,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
  • Large withdrawal amounts may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Ck447 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money service provider may apply their own charges.

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on ck447:

General Betting Policy

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
  • Ck447 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed when placing a bet may shift before confirmation. In such cases, ck447 will offer the option to accept the updated odds or cancel the bet.

Cash Out

You can cash out your bet on selected events before the match ends. The cashout amount depends on current odds and match conditions, and may be less than your original potential winnings. All cashouts are final and cannot be reversed.

06Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at ck447 are subject to the following general terms. Additional terms may apply to specific offers.

  • Ck447 has sole discretion in determining eligibility for bonuses.
  • Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met.
  • Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, IP address, or device is prohibited.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Ck447 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. For changes affecting active bonuses, notice will be provided before the changes take effect.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck447:

  1. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual's name.
  2. Using or sharing another person's account.
  3. Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  4. Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
  5. Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  6. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
  7. Threatening or harassing other users or ck447 staff.
  8. Submitting KYC documents under a false identity.

If any of the above violations are detected, ck447 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit the entire balance.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Ck447 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause within these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
  • Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
  • Evidence of bonus abuse.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If the user wishes to close their account

Any user may request to close their account by emailing support@ck447.ws. Available balance may be withdrawn prior to account closure.

Any attempt to dispute a transaction through a chargeback or payment reversal will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account.
